All other assets lost value.

We are now in a recession.

Valencia increased by $5K. The increases have slowed, but prices are still going up.

29^th Avenue increased by $6K.

Our latest TMP2 property, a condo on Crismon Rd in Mesa, AZ was purchased on 14 January 2022. It shows a $4K gain over last month.
