We are way ahead of all the other investments, except Gold. Why? There is lots of uncertainty in the markets and gold always benefits. Let’s see if it continues to rise, or falls?
On the operations side, we rented three of the four new houses in Coolidge. Last month, we lost our tenant on Myers Lane. This month we got a new tenant.

And we are going to Siena, Italy on August 3rd for three weeks. Why? We want to see the historic horse race in Siena, “Il Palio di Siena”. Here are some Q’s & A’s. I am studying Italian as preparation. I’m at 227 on my Duolingo streak. I have also used other resources like italymadeeasy.com, italky.com, and Olly Richards beginner’s books.
