Gold is still in First Place but falling back. TMP is in second, but still slowly falling. Stocks are hanging in at third. Oil, not surprisingly, surged to fourth place. And finally, all investment opportunities are now above “Cash”.
As stated last month, we are using GROK AI to estimate the TMP house values and to calculate the current loan balance. We uploaded a spreadsheet to GROK AI and asked it to calculate the best estimate of value and the current balance of the loan. GROK also calculated the value of the other nine opportunities. Now, GROK calculates these in a few minutes, with no work on my part. Previously, it took about an hour to look up and record all these numbers.
We’ve been busy with lots of projects.
Michelle flew to Iowa, picked up a standard poodle, Rosie, and drove her (2,000 miles!) to our assisted living facility in Fresno, CA.
Jim and Jeff had their birthday, same day in March, at Chef Paul’s cooking school. A great time was had by all.
