Gold has soared into First Place! Gold is now over $4,200 per ounce. And house prices and rents have slowly decreased. We expect that real estate will recover and TMP will be back in First Place, maybe sometime next year.
We’ve had some high water at the cabin due to rains. I even got trapped there for one day. Here’s the river after heavy rain:
