Sherman Weekes, Property Manager

My name is Sherman Weekes and I am one of the Principles of Crest Premier Properties and a member of the Crest Premier Property Management Team. I have responsibility for all field operations. I received my real estate license in 2004 and spent the first couple years selling both residential and commercial property specializing in multifamily housing. My wife Euphemia and I sold numerous properties to investors who became very frustrated with the poor management services that they received. Several of these investors asked us why we were not involved in property management. All they needed was a property management team that they could trust, was responsive to their needs, had their investment as their highest priority and was easily accessible. We have been providing that level of service to our investors since we started Crest Premier Properties in October 2006.

I am from the volcanic British territory of Montserrat in the West Indies. I received my formal education in Montserrat, Barbados, Trinidad and the United Kingdom. After University I spent 18 years as an agriculture research and development specialist in the Caribbean before migrating to the United States. I met my wife and business partner during our undergraduate studies in Trinidad. She is from Grenada and we have been married for 37 years. We have one daughter, two sons and two granddaughters.

I am an active backyard gardener and I spend most of my early hours of the day in our garden caring for a wide range of vegetables. I grow many roses and I am an active member of the Mesa East Valley Rose Society. It is through the rose society that I met Jim and Michelle.

As a property manager with Crest Premier Property Management Team we have support professionals both in the office and the field. Our team includes the right mix of personnel, tools, technology, commitment and experience to make all our Property owners’ successful investors.

At Crest Premier Property management, we require continuous training to keep up with the Arizona real estate market, changes in the Arizona Landlord and Tenant act and emerging trends in property management. I am a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) the national industry’s leading organization. As a member of NARPM I am held to the highest standard of professionalism in the industry.

I take this opportunity to participate in The Monopoly Project very seriously and I will work closely with all the team members to achieve the project goals. I will provide honest straight forward answers and when I do not know the answer to a question, I will always research it thoroughly to find the correct answer. I am committed to providing the best service to ensure that our investors are successful. That is the primary reason why at Crest Premier Properties we go above and beyond to work closely with our investors. I am described by my colleagues as humble, approachable and cooperative. I cherish the opportunity to serve on the The Monopoly Project and I look forward to our accomplishments.
