My name is Jim Sarina and I just put up $100,000 to buy, rent, and sell houses in the Phoenix area. I’m doing this so you can watch and participate in the process over the next 10 years.
But first the three guaranteed paths to get rich:
1. QUICKLY: 1a. Do something illegal (rob a train, found a unicorn startup scam), 1b. arrange to be born to rich parents, 1c. found a legitimate unicorn startup (this guy, those guys), or 1d. strike oil (J Paul Getty, shoot at some food). If you’ve done any of these, you don’t need me. Stop reading.
2. SLOWLY IN STOCKS: My inspiration for this blog is JL Collins whose book ”The Simple Path to Wealth”, is the best explanation for this path. I won’t bother explaining this subject anymore since Jim Collins ‘did it first and did it better’ (DIFDIB). Watch this Great Dance Routine: James Cagney and Bob Hope at the 1:50 mark.
3. SLOWLY IN REAL ESTATE: …which brings us to this us to The Monopoly Project. Lots of people have gotten rich starting out with one house in real estate. We did it and I could document it with escrow statements, property deeds, bank accounts, financial statements and more.
But I want to lead you through the process, step by step so that you can learn and comment. You will observe what I do, as I do it. I will post blogs, photos, videos and financial statements as we buy, rent, sell; then buy, rent, sell again for the next 10 years.
Actually, it not going to be “I”; but we. We are an outstanding team of professionals whom I will introduce in future posts.
